Simple Signaling Systemv2

Introductions:
This is a simple signaling system. You can signaling on Q( Left ) and E( Right ) keys.
When you signal will appear two mesages. One with who signaled and the second will appear on what part he signaled

Please if you use this script KEEP THE CREDITS!

Change log:
On second version i added anti-spam what do not allow you to make spam in chat with signaling mesages
You can define your own timp with this define: #define ANTISIGSPAM_TIME 5
Now the anti-spam time is set to 5 secounds...
Added some colours to client mesages...

i didnt understand the "why" of this fs....
u could use https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Attach3DTextLabelToVehicle
instead of send message to all players....
