I only have one pc. and i just want to put a server up. for me to be able to test out scripts. If someone can help me set this i would really appreciate it.

Do you have a file called samp-server.exe somewhere within your files?

It should be a command prompt line that will run a server off your PC.

server.cfg ...you need to configure it.

Also you need to forward the port you want to use.
