I'm stuck here. How exactly can I calculate the amount of damage a certain player made? Then I would be displaying that amount OPD. This is not a request, but more like steps or ideas on how to get this working.

It's possible but it will not be accurate, no point in trying.
You have to detect if a player is aiming at another player, if they are, detect if they are pressing the fire key and if they have a weapon in hand. You also have to detect if the player that is being aimed at lost health recently.
