So the problem is that i start a server, everything is alright with settings, but it says me the server is offline ( Not Responding), I `m using LAN internet and I don`t know what to do ....... Please helppp mee Thanks ...

This is the cause of attempting to "run" a server without really knowing how. I wish people would seriously quit attempting to "run" SA-MP servers, as the majority of them have 0 players constantly anyways...

However, you should check to make sure you are attempting to connect to the proper IP address. If you are running "samp-server.exe" on your localhost, you can actually type "localhost" into the "add to favorites" box which pops up in the SA-MP client when you push the check mark. Depending on the port you have told the server to use, you may need to add ":XXXX," the X's as the port number after "localhost." If that doesn't work for you, post your "server.cfg" file.
