Okay i've learnt all this basic scripting for TDM's and DM's and stuff and gone over and over it, now I would like to start off with editing some RP servers... Where would the best place be to learn more advanced but not to advanced scripting?

Well, the best way is to try edit some RP scripts, practice makes perfect. You will learn more doing that then reading documentation. If you don't know what something is, http://wiki.sa-mp.com
