E eu tenho 3 duvidas,

1° eu to querendo trocar a SKIN dele, como faзo?

2° e se eu quizesse por mais de 1 npc nesse fs o que faria?

3° e se alem da skin eu quizesse trocar outras coisas nele? tipo armas,animaзгo,pra ele falar com alguem ou algo assim?

usas assim em NPC:

2Є teria que criar outro fs na pasta npc/records
