Well, When i try to add plugins in server FTP, It works, but, when i type at server.cfg " plugins " pluginname" " and start the server, It doesnt work, It says, that there is no plugins such as my "pluginname"

What OS are you using, also add a .so and the .dll file to the new plugins folder.
