I need a properties system.

Like businesses, but when a player buy them he gets like 4-10K each 3-5 minutes

And this Property can stay with the player for 1 hour, 60 minutes!!

Oh, didn't even notice it was you xD

Well, like when you buy the property, it starts a repeating timer that will give money to the player, and a timer that doesn't repeat, and activates a callback after 60min that will remove the property from the player again
