Where is the gta_sa.set? I no its in userfiles but where is that

I Have put this in the wrong place so admins/mod can help me :P

If you deleted it or something already, it should be automatically created once you start San Andreas again.

Oh right will sa-mp crashes as soon as the loading bar pops up

The game will recreate the gta_sa.set file when you load the game, with the default game settings, so that'd include the low screen resolution (800x600?) and every other stock setting.
