Found my problem, the hoster wont let me upload the .so files.

I am using KINGJ.net..

KingJ is using windows.
Upload .dll files or change hoster.

As explained in your Game Server Setup email (which no one ever seems to read) plugins cannot be uploaded to your server. However, we know that many servers depend on plugins and hence they are available to install via the Mod Installer on the Game Control Panel. Almost all of the major plugins are on there and if you cannot find the one you require, or it is out of date open a support ticket on the Game Control Panel and we'll look into it.

(I realise this is now a few days after it was posted, but i've only just been notified of this topic...)
