It was not as good as expected. Once i finished it appeared the script does not actually create the users file. So i am wonder how i can create the users file with the includes he has there.

The problem might not be with your script's code, it might be with the privileges the script has to read and write from/to the directory for your user files. Try using the chmod function to rectify this problem.
