Does anyone know how i can make a kinda glass/transparent color in PS?
I know how to make it 100 transparent but i dont want i want just kinda transparent like 50%
Anyone know how to make it?

Right click the layer you want to make transparent, click Blending Options, and you should see a slider for Transparency or Opacity.

above your layers in the layers panel there is 2 percantage dialogs which say fill and opacity
just use them

they aren't linked to any blending effects then :]
the fill one only does make the layer self transparent without the blending effects
and the opacity one makes everything transparent
