I want to make a diving school
But how can i make unlimited water breath.(Blue bar)

I think in sa-mp you can't do this because its orginal GTA function - feature.

Only thing you can do, is restore the health every second or something when diving so you wont die even without the blue bar.
Not sure if you can restore the blue bar

Or you can give 9999999 health when diving

Dont think it's possible to refill the blue bar, so just change the health to 9999999 like Raimis said
