What is the purpose of RCON flood? And does anyone have a code that kicks players that enter the RCON password incorrectly?

to kick the player with Rcon you need.
you first need to ligin by Rcon like this /Rcon login "password here" withouth the ""
and then you do
/rcon kick "the playerid" again without the ""
