Can anyone tell me why my server going down sometimes going lag.. Is that host problem or my problem? Btw how i know i dont have bugs in gm..

I dont have any problem with objects or commands.. And in server_logs.txt i didnt get some warning error
so i dont know whats the problem if anyone know can tell me because when i ask hosting support says its mine problem with gm.. But i tested gm on my other pc i turned in 24/7 and join in server but it didnt get down..

I think is host problem..

Its serbian hosting but hosting server is located in Germany..
