So I have new mouse. I noticed that when I play aiming sensetivity is too slow. Sensetivity is normal when I walk or ride with a car. I lowered sensetivity in options but still, same horse balls. Any suggestions?

Probably as aiming zooms in a tad so you will need to put the sensitivity up a little to compensate.

doesn't help at all, maybe there is possibility to edit aim sensetivity?

Well you can't edit the aiming sensitivity in the GTA menu, the only other thing to check would be the mouse settings if it has it's own control panel. I doubt it would make much difference though seeing as it works fine when your moving the camera.
