ICQSend(loginname[],loginpw[],targetuid[],targettext[])

loginname = your icq uin
loginpw = the password you log in
targetuid = icq uin to send the message to (this can be multiple uins by seperating the uins using |, for example "uin1|uin2|uin3")
targettext = message to be sent

Just "install" it like you normally do to an include =>
copy to pawn/includes and add "#include <[filename]>" to the top
of your script
