This is my dude. As i can put a bot in RC Vehicle in the login D:

PlayerSpectacteVehicle?

as I believe the vehicle?

AddStaticVehicle? xD

I need spect the RC Bot in the login

You can record the NPC by entering the RC vehicles with a recording script(provided in the server package).
Then you connect the NPC in your script and put them into the RC vehicle and play the record.
Lastly use PlayerSpectateVehicle to spectate that vehicle is okay.

My problem is than the bot dont use the RC, only are in the point of spawn ._.

Maybe you forgot putting the NPC in a vehicle?
