I know it sounds crazy, maybe it inposibil, but I can do that when I get into samp-server appears to me:

And then open normally.

If it is, I think you can't change your input text to ' * '.

You could make a bat/cmd file and convert that to .exe
I'm gonna make something fast right now... (I'll edit this post)
EDIT: nvm you can still just open samp-server.exe then
