Major Pawno Problem
#1

Alright so I was normally scripting, and I must have pressed some wrong keys because my cursor turned from the normal one, in to the one that overwrites the stuff in it's path.

After this, I get an error every time I try to save, compile, copy, paste or cut. In the scripts current state, only 4 of the 10 thousand lines come up when I open the script. There's definitely a problem here, and I need it fixed ASAP.

The error is something like Access Denied at Address .... 'pawno.exe'

Anyways, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can press the insert key to remove the text over lap thing... And do you have a backup or something?

Thanks, and no I don't. I'm really worried as to whats going to happen. I don't want to lose my script.

Try to press ctrl+z to undo everything you did and try to recompile until there is no more errors... If this works make a backup .

If you didn't close PAWNO yet, keep ctrl + z holded untill all bugs are gone / can't go more. But if you already did, it's too late. The script is lost.

Of course. Do you still have missing lines? If you deleted the script in only 1 hit, you've probably rolled EVEN BEFORE the deleting of your script, where you could have common scripting errors.

I mean if its just another one of those gamemodes that you are editing its not too bad but if you've worked a long time for it make sure you try to undo and redo and maybe fix some errors if they are fixable. Good luck dude.

Ah... I just got it, thank god. It was my /uncuff command - no idea how it caused these problems.

Thanks for the help everybody, I'm very happy now
