I Have my Server Open, And Typefish.co.uk Says Its Open.
However, I Cannot connect From my own client, the Version I Have Of SA:MP is
0.3c From the SAMP Website, and the Windows Server is also the latest from the site.
It Dosent show my server name or anything in the client, just the IP

It seems like your game mode isnt loading.
Do you have the correct plugins?

I Connected to Localhost from The Debug and the GM Seems to be working -_-

I have the same problem, my server loads, its on the internet list and all that, ppl can connect to it, ports are forwarded etc. but i cant connect through my own IP, only 127.0.0.1

Try to connect with your static IP address.. Or 127.0.0.1:7777
