Try deleting the streamer! :P
I don't think there's other way to fix that.

use a newer version of the streamer. the one u use now isn't made for sa-mp 0.3c wich has a new param in CreateObject called drawdistance..

well i replaced old streamer with new but nothing...same thing :S
