Does anyone know how to do this? I've looked for tutorials but none seem to show up for this topic. Can anyone help me out here? Thanks!

Just go up really high in the air and start building, objects show in all interiors so if you don't want to see the mini-map, you can just set the players interior to 1 or so when they enter the interior.
