80 % of sa-mp player have a dynamic ip
so when you ban them ! they can comback if they chang tha user name & ip
is it posible to get the mac of the camputre or somthning !! caus too many guys ban evad

Range-ban them.
You can't MAC ban them, it's not possible.

You can only get the MAC address if you are in the same broadcast domain, not possible on the Internet.
