when you reg/login it stop and then says server is restarting then connecting to (IP) you are baned for the server I have seen it on many samp servers.. So what is it?

Are you using the correct sa-mp version? It happens to me when I use 0.3x cilent to open 0.3e server. IGNORE THIS MSG IF I AM STUPID!

Thats why you need to connect to the MYSQL

or create folder in scriptfiles Users or Accounts.
