Hi to all,

I have a big problem, my server does not want hosted.

I have configured firewalls, modem's IP, all.

I had to going to 0.3c SAMP-Version, but this happened.

P.S: My server works with 0.3b. Now I tried to convert it to 0.3b, after converting to 0.3c, but it does not work.

I have No-Ip.
