Can i set my server on SAMP 0.3c RC4 at Serverffs?

When i press UPDATE,it doesn't show me 0.3c Rc4

You might need to stop it before changing and then start it

RC4 is outdated and therefore unavailable - it does offer to change your server to RC6 I believe.
