Well, I have ran into something quite odd, and I have no idea who to ask about it. Since I know there are people here that have high-end gaming hardware, I thought I should ask.

If I want to play GTA IV, or any game that demands pixel shader 4.0 (or higher), what videocard would you recommend, PSU would you recommend, and what else would you recommend for me?

I do not really have a price range at the moment, so please, feel free to post anything relevant to it.

I would get a 1gb graphics card thats ATI.
