Well some people ask around here for: A Custom gamemode that we make a website then we do that an that setup the server and much more for free. I mean i script for free thats all right but Please ask Nicely, no one is going to get interested under some facts
1. He doesnt know you
2. You ask for too damn much for him to do , everyone has real life problems
3. That you dont give credits and That there is really nothing in it for you
4. That you aren't Nice and that you are Acting like you are a very important
person when you aren't.
5. If you be generous , good to a person he will get a nice Thinking about you
He will sort you into the ones he can trust and into a friend. makes your chances
of a person wanting to help you Much way higher like 40%-80% if not
It will just make people mad
All ways Know that we have Freedom and that we can use it.
That we aren't going to get interested If you want something completely from Scratch And yet without any Useful Reward for it. Keep in mind that you should learn scripting and just with a friendly smile ask around the forum if someone is willing to help You, Not trying to make it look way cool, and that You are awesome, since thats what angers most people.
Keep in mind not to be angry for me posting this, im just giving a few tips if you Are a server owner and are in need of scripters. The most important thing is to remember: No one is going to do everything for you for free.

Well, Its kinda rare to find free scripters who actually WORK HARD like the paid scripters, but when some owner's hire scripters for free, they keep nagging them, and to be honest, I also get angry, since their kinda handling the server, they need to script some new things, most of them take 1 year to script a single thing really..
