This is for the people who released one really. Can someone tell me what program was used to make them?

I would say Visual Studio and then they used the Windows Form to create the layout (I think)

It seems as if most of them were written in vb.NET or C#, and used WinForms for the gui library, which would mean that they most likely used visual studio as an IDE

oh, now i understand xD lol. i use VS 2010 "Visual Studio 2010" and with that you can make programs i have already published one.

NOTE: You need .NET Framework 4!
