He just can't DDoS me(not telling why),but im very currious,in my country ,DDoSing is prohibitten,what about other countries?

Uhm, like, idk if this is poss, but: DDoSing is illegal, so why don't go to the police or w/e. He's on your forum, so somewhere on his member information there should stand his IP.

Just ban him you derp. My server is far higher ranked than yours and I get this kind of junk all the time. Ban the trolls, don't feed them.
