No this is wrong step,u just windows firewall ON only..
u must go on your web browser typing at the web URL this by standart:
STEP 1.
*The default for linksys routers is 192.168.1.1 (type yours into the address bar) then u must login
Standart is username: Admin password: Admin
then go APPLICATION& GAMING then
*. Click Applications and Gaming tab
*. On top row:
Application = GTASAMP
Start = 7777, End = 7777
Protocol = BOTH
THEN
[SAVE/SETTING] ......................
IP address = whatever you copied down from Properties at your internet conection the DEFAULT GETWAY IP.
NOTE: in windows XP u just click properties on bottom down right And STATUS.then Click on TAB Support.the see
Your IP ADDRESS.
Check the BOX TICK enable the at box tick...
END THEN
[SAVE/SETTING].
Step 2
1. Click on "DMZ" and then click enable, and then finish filling in the IP typing in IP via LAN example: 192.168.1.2 .. When you are all done click save settings.
NOTE: DMZ is Your PACKET DATA FROM WAN .
..DONE ALL!!

Then SEE the said SUCCES!!

I TELL, IF U WANT PLAY YOUR OWN SERVER DO NOT PLAY IP FROM
www.knowmyip.com then u add from samp then conect,u will get message SERVER DIDNT RESPONT.
u just play on via LAN IP. add your samp :7777
then try connect...
The IP from
www.knowmyip.com then port :7777 example full IP has be duel. 120.130.23.56:7777 give at your friends for JOIN.. thats it...
