Hello. A friend of mine has a starting-up problem. When he connects to a server, the screen goes blank, then black, then blank, then black, then blank again and the SP menu opens up. He and I tried a lot to solve this problem, but nothing worked. So please don't suggest any of these;

- Reinstalling
- Checking all files

I hope you guys can help.

He did, in fact. I think the cause of the problem may be that he had a computer reset: Since then, SA-MP didn't work.

Re-download the SA-MP, go get a crack v1.00 and replace the gta_sa.exe file and WOLLAA.
