Aye I got a little problemo AND I Think it is plugin problem i have plugins streamer.so and streamer both of the added in server.cfg but they are still clear not like normal gta sa buildings
you can see thro mapping?

Had the same problem, download the latest version of the Streamer Plugin and rebuild with the new includes (0.3b)

Its because your compilng with the old includes.
Doubleclick on the 0.3b pawno compiler then recompile your script, if you dont double click on the newer pawno the old one will compile your script (with the old includes).
Oh yeah make sure you have the latest streamer plugin too.
Check the function list on the right hand side of the pawno compiler it should have the function HTTP. Thats new in 0.3b so if its not on that list its the older includes.
