Hello,

This has been happening for ages, It lets me open them once and then i cant open them again,
The programs this happens on is: MEd & COL Editor II
What happens is when i run the program they stop responding straight away, Nothing loads,
I dotn click anything, I just double click the exe and then boom stops responding,
So any ideas? I really need to use these programs

then re-install or uninstall for once and for all.
