Try use smartFTP (its easy and good)

No, FileZilla is much better.

If you don't know how to upload files to a server host, then why did you get one? You can find tutorials on ****** and *******, nobody here wants to help you with such a stupid issue. Everyone else knows how to upload stuff via FTP!
