How would i set a textdraw color?

Iv'e tried:
- TextDrawColor(TestText,0x000000FF);
- TextDrawColor(TestText,COLOR_BLUE);

And:
new RandomTextColor=random(sizeof(TextColors));
format(str,sizeof(str), "%s %d",RandomTextColor,Number);

Nothing seem's to work, i also been searching around for a while .. no answer.
