when i run samp-server.exe and join my server register and will login
samp-server.exe it will auto close i open Log it up
Error in mysql_query: Unknown column 'Locked' in 'field list'
Error in mysql_store_result: Unknown column 'Locked' in 'field list'

How to fix ?

Show a screen shot of your table's field setup? The error is obviouslly telling you that you do not have a column named Locked :P.

As for your register system request, search! There are TONS of them posted, hell, there is even one in G-StyleZzZ's mysql plugin's topic.
