Sa-MP 0.3a Restarting all serevrs when starting it

Hello.. I just open my pc and i should play samp but when i started it, it was not any servers at the list.. But when i added a new IP there it said "Invalid Filename" and when i retsrted samp again, it wasnt any servers there Please help me!

Sorry for double posting.. But i need help.. I reinstalled samp but the same problem was there, then i installed 03.b, 03.b was perfect.. I installed 0.3a but the same problem is still there! Please help!!

03.b? Which 03.b? Whatever... you may need to re-install the game. Delete SA-MP and GTA SA. Try that, it may help you.
