Okay sampserver.exe keeps shutting off I.E I am on my server then around 1 minute later it had lost connection...

I suggest you use another MySQL plugin. The one you're currently using is rather unstable and crash prone.

Please check your RAM usage - does it grow high when people connect? I have the same problem with audio plugin.
