Make a map, and use "MoveObject", and let all the objects move down. Thats the only way.

Hehe, thats sure. But for Missions for example you can use it like this. Make a loop through all the objects and let them move 50 down.

No, you can't move the water level from SAMP.
There are mod's for SA that alter the water level but it can't be done atm in SAMP afaik.
What Jeffry is saying is, instead of making the water move UP you can make the objects in a map move DOWN simulating a rise in water level.

Object name : sbseabed99_LA

oh sure!!! there is a simple way i use this with my friends on my own server u need a little programm wich is totally NOT dangerous... with this program u can move the water block around san andreas up and down and of course it works on samp AND the normal offline mode of gta sa the only thing is that its only visible for u and not the other players but when everyone on ur server use this and everyone sets up the same water level it works great...
(i have no link but i could upload it if u want pm me)
Edit: And thats NOT a mod and u can simply reset the water level

I said that...
There are mods for SA, but you can't edit it for SAMP.
If you have the mod, it will show up in SAMP but only for the person with the mod.
