Hello,
I am looking to buy a new Laptop, Mostly for modelling and animating and all that.
I dont want anything fancy just something that will run programs fine like Autodesk 3DS Max
As i said i dont want this laptop for gaming or anything just for modelling.
So does anyone have any suggestions on a laptop?
Specs or Manufacturer. I dont mind.
Thanks

Modeling and animation actually requires a better computer, then gaming

Laptops arent good for what you want to do though, your better off with a workstation.

Agreed with iLinx. Animation and modelling programs won't run fine on laptops, the CPU and, to a lesser extent, the GPU are very likely to overheat when rendering. This happens to 2 friends of mine (HP and Toshiba).
Get a desktop (Dell).

You're paying for the name with alienware, they're badly overpriced. I'd suggest an acer, but as the above posters said, you'll want a desktop for modeling.
