I see a sa mp video and I want to know if
Someone can help me how to script that in samp, I see in the video many players so they success to script that in samp or maybe all the players change their game to have this, but I want to know, because I really want to have custom models like that in a lan server to play with friends.

If you want to make those custom maps, then you can do that by using a map editor. For your info, that's MTA and most of those features aren't available in SA-MP.
