When I'm playing singleplayer, I have to remake like every setting (every time)

And it won't happen if you don't touch sa-mp (I'm pretty sure), it will get the same if you play sa-mp and then opens SP.
So how could I fix this?

I also suggest to run as administrator so you can allow overwrite feature in Windows.
