Do you have "bind" or something in your server.cfg?

It's because you were running more than 1 server on a port, nothing to do with lanmode.

You need to have a microsoft loopback adapter to connect to your own WAN IP.
If you set it to LAN Mode, others will be unable to connect.
Set LANMode back to 1, and instead of putting your WAN IP in SA-MP, put in 127.0.0.1:7777 (Change the 7777 to the port you use).

Keep lanmode on 0 if you want other people to join. If it is on 0 it will still work. Just add a new favourite in SA-MP with the IP 127.0.0.1:7777 or localhost:7777
