Is this possible, can i make a box around the
chatbox like in MTA? Or can i replace the CB?

You can make a textdraw box over chatbox.

You can change the chatbox, but only YOU can see it, unless you make people download yours. if you want to make so everyone sees it, you CAN do it with a texdraw however this would be ugly and probeely make the begin letter of every sentance unreadeble as the sentance is at the beginning of the screen, so if you change it and put your textdraw against the side of the screen it overlaps the sentance which makes it ugly, and or you can make a texdraw that totaly overlaps, and when SendClientMessage is called make it so it displays inside the textdraw, however its not recommended and probaly annoying though
