Then let the IRC bots quit when the gamemode changes, and let them rejoin 5 seconds after the new GM loaded.

Can't, it's like a mini missions server, it will changemode gamemode every 7 mins or earlyer, they need to stay in.

Uhm, why not, you can let them quit when a mini-mission ends and rejoin when a new mini-mission starts.
