Example:
X = Y * Z / Q
Y = 5
Z = 6
Q = 3
X = 10
10 = 5 * 6 / 3
-> Q = ?
Q = 3
3 = 5 * 6 / 10 ---> Q = Y * Z / X
Insert your own values, this is one way to help yourself. This was just an example, if this is what you mean?

Well, that's the most simple way (at least for me).
Or this one:
XYZ = QWZ
-> Q = ?
XYZ = QWZ / :WZ
XYZ / WZ = Q
Q = XYZ / WZ
