Hello. Today I wrote FS. You can use it, if you are an a RCon-Admin. Type /spawner and you will see the dialog. Choose thing that you want to add and follow instructions. It's my first FS and I am sorry for my bad English.I started to learn pawno 1-2 month ago.

Place Fs in "filterscripts" folder,open your server.cfg and write the name of the FS on line filterscripts.
