when you make a gang war zone and another gang comes to this gangzone to take it . Now they take the entire zone .... or just a part of it ?

They have to take the entire zone, you can prevent this though. Just break down the gangturfs. It's hard to explain, but here's a example, this is a full turf:

| |
---------

But if you want just one section to just be captured break it up to something like this:

| ___|
| | |
-------

The red is the second turf, does this answer your question?
